Opening Ceremony
Product design for Opening Ceremony. Certainly one of the most rewarding experiences of my career working with this studio designing a series of bags and accessories for their 2015-17 collections many of which were showcased on NYFW runways. The aim of this work was to recontextualize the way we see and experience time. Concepts strike a balance between play and introspection.

Ocean Plastic
Microsoft’s recent contract with manufacturer SABIC has, for the first time, allowed reclaimed plastics to be injection molded in highly technical consumer electronics. I was given the opportunity to design their very first ocean plastic. Over 30 material variations were prototyped with the aim of connecting the user with this reclaimed plastic on a tactile level.
Role/ Material innovation and strategic cmf designer

Haptic Wearable
Designed for music not impossible, the goal of this suit was to make music more accessible by translating auditory information into tactile sensations, haptic technologies can bridge sensory gaps and empower individuals to engage more fully in auditory experiences. Designed to be worn actuators were incorporated in key areas to allow haptic sensation to move across the body, terminate, and harmonize with surrounding devices.

Leva
I designed the Leva device for women to receive incontinence treatment. Its sculpted, unified form is shaped for a comfortable hold between the adductor muscles and feels approachable for women from diverse backgrounds while supporting post-birth pelvic floor therapy. The design features six accelerometers that enable women and clinicians to train with real-time visual muscle activation through the corresponding app. Every detail is intended to support intuitive, habit-forming use.
